A.HAWKS VS C.CAVS.. cavs won the game in 1st period

This game showed us that cavs made a nice progress in team play. I have never thought that we could win by 14 points , ıts a great difference. I cant say anything worse than: it was a excellent game for cavs.

The game started like a training match, cavs had a incredible lead (16 pts). First period ended cavs 28-12 hawks. Second period cavs did not consider the game as much as the first period, so in 2nd period hawks still had a chance to win(cavs 21-20 hawks). 3rd period the game started to be more like a game both teams begin to struggle (cavs 30 - 26). However there was a incredible difference the hawks continued to play and that was a nice performance
(cavs 31-38 hawks, total score cavs 110-96 hawks). High scorer: Lebron James 24

GOOD START FOR CAVS (4 WİNS- 2 L)

We made a good start for the season, however we lost 2 vital games. I have a lot expectations for Cavs like: they must at least reach the conference finals and at least 2 players must enter all- star-weekend.
Today we played vs indiana:

We made a horrible start in the first period, I thought that: we were going to loose this game. (Indiana 29-20 cavs). 2nd period we showed that we were in this game and we still had the opportunity to win. After the first half I think both coaches made great talks to their team or the players motivated each other that made this game very difficult. (Indiana 26-28 cavs). When the 4th period was about to start Pacers were STILL leading by 3, but again a good come back by cavs.(40-33). Lebron James was the high scorer for cavs (27 points). Danny Granger (indiana player) scored 33 points and he was at the top for this game.

Cavs VS 76ers

I think this was a good game. I saw more fast break points today (14 fast break points) and this means that we are starting to get better. I saw good team play and individual play. I think we have to see more from the rookies, I know its their first season but if they have a good start then they will have a good end.

First period team play was good , there were some errors in the defence but thats not a problem.(Cavs 19-22 phila).We performed a good effort but that was not enough for the come back ,because we forgot to defence. 3rd period we made good defence but they made great offence so we couldn't stop them (cavs 21-26 phila). Last period we made excellent offence and we made a fine come back (Cavs 32-19 phila). The game ended cavs 100-93 phila. There were 3 top scorers Iguodala,Ilgauskas and D.West with 17 points...

San Antonio vs Cavaliers

This game was a mess. We couldn't score enough fast break points again (6 fast break points). Poor performance by the team and Lebron James was the reason of this mess. Lebron James played 17 minutes and he scored 6 points which was unusual for him. I can't comment on rookies too much but the performance was not even close to be a basketball player in NBA. Also we saw that we had the last period scoring problem again..

First period the game started great and we had the lead with 1 point difference (22-21).Second period the spurs started to take the control (cavs 20-26 spurs). 3rd period both team made good defence so both of them scored under the expectations. Last period I dont know what happened but again we had a problem with scoring.(cavs 11-25 spurs). Top scorer was Tim Duncan with 16 points.

Todays Game

Today we have a game versus san antonio. I don't mind the result again I just want to see more from the players. I think we are not ready yet. We have a important problem about fast breaks , last game we scored 2 fast break points which was a poor effort. Also we cant see the individiual plays we saw a lot last year. Lets watch the game and see if we can perform a good performance.

Boston VS Cleveland 14/10/08

We lost the match again, however it was a enjoyable game. Rokies played better than i expected. There were some problems about the tactics, because they are not used to perform the tactics in matches. I think there was a little problem about the players condition, but its not that important. The team play was really good , but sometimes the fans wanted to see some individual plays. I think the biggest problem was the fast break points. We just had 2 fast break points and thats not even close if we compare it to the coach's request.

First period celtics played comfortable and they took the lead by 9 points ( celtics 30 - 21 cavs).
Second period Cavs made a great come back and they were trying to take the control of the game (celtics 17-28 cavs). The 3rd period was a period that showed us this game was exciting .
(celtics 25-24 cavs). However celtics scored more than cavs in the 3 rd period cavs had the lead.
4th period again there was a problem about scoring. (celtics 18-13 cavs).
Final score was 90-86,Boston won the game. 2 years pro Leon Powe was the high scorer (17points)

Todays Game

Today we have a friendly match again versus Boston Celtics.  I think these games are important, because friendly games are for coaches to see: can the team play as a team , can the team perform the tactics in a match and do the players have enough condition. For this game I'm going to look for the tactics , team play and conditions. Also I' m going to be looking for the rookies too, I couldn't see a good performance from them.
